Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges – IQ Beauty

IQ Beauty does not offer general refunds or returns.

However, if a customer receives a faulty, damaged, wrong, or missing product, the issue will be reviewed and resolved by IQ Beauty accordingly, without any additional cost to the customer.

If a customer wishes to exchange a product, they must submit a complaint within 3 days of receiving the order. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning and receiving the replacement product.

Please note that IQ Beauty is not responsible for minor damages that may occur during shipment.

Note: Sale items are not eligible for exchange, and no exchanges will be processed during the sale period.
